William graduated with first-class honours in BA (Hons) History at the University of Nottingham. He then converted to surveying, studying MSc Rural Estate Management (RICS-accredited) at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester.
William is undertaking the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) with the intention of qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in the future.
He currently works in both Gateley Hamer’s Utilities Compensation and Compulsory Purchase teams. His client portfolio ranges from national developers to individual landowners affected by utility infrastructure or compulsory acquisition.
William has completed the Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Awards and the National Three Peaks Challenge. He enjoys orienteering and hikes regularly in his spare time.
