Sam is a graduate of Law from the University of Southampton, attaining Law LLB Hons, and he holds an MSc in Surveying and Land/Environmental Management (RICS & ICES accredited) from the University of Exeter & Camborne School of Mines.
Sam has experience of working on a number of high profile Regeneration & Infrastructure projects, including the promotion of two new compulsory purchase orders in the London Borough of Havering as well as advising on compensation matters and the acquisition of properties on behalf of the borough in line with their twelve estate regeneration program. He is also highly active in the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham representing claimants in lease buy back negotiations due to the regeneration of the Gascoigne Estate and the surrounding areas.
Most recently, Sam has been acting on behalf of claimants affected by HS2, The Lower Thames Crossing, the Heathrow airport expansion and various other regeneration projects in London and across the country. Sam is currently advising claimants affected by the East West Rail Transport link and Works Act Order and Promoting Development Consent Orders in conjunction with Highways England.
